Ultra-fine, nearly invisible textures hold oil evenly, prevent sticking, and deliver beautifully cooked results. This is the pinnacle of Japanese metalworking, redefining the idea that iron must be heavy and difficult to use.

Iron, yet surprisingly light!

Weighing just about 620 g for the 23 cm version and around 850 g for the 28 cm, this iron pan is light enough to handle with one hand. While many 28 cm pans weigh around 1.1 kg, this pan’s carefully engineered weight makes flipping, tossing, and transferring ingredients much easier, significantly reducing fatigue during daily cooking.
