Even without any chemical coatings, the pan is non-stick! No coatings have been used to make the pan non-stick. As the pans have been seasoned with olive oil and heated to 700°C by hand by skilled craftsmen, you don’t need to do anything before you first use them!

A Brilliantly curved design!

Thanks to the deep curved design, the ingredients in the pan gather naturally at the centre of the pan, which in turn helps to prevent uneven heating. This makes it not only great for stir fries, but also stews and simmered meals, letting you cook with peace of mind.
