Uses Sake Lees a By-product of making sake

Sake lees is a by-product of sake, and contains various peptides, and amino acids meaning it is rich in minerals such as zinc, iron, and magnesium, which are important for the growth of women and children, as well as vitamins such as B vitamins and folic acid. When heated it gives off a unique burnt cheese on gratin smell, perfect for this cheese.

Delicious and easy to use!
