A Lightweight yet Super Sharp Blade

The blade of the knife uses Aogami No. 2 steel for its core, making for a super sharp cut! But what's more, as a thin blade has been pursued, it is much lighter than conventional knives, which in turn reduces the strain on the hand!


An Easy and Firm Grip

The handle is an octagonal shape that makes it easy to hold. The finish of the surface is Japanese urushi lacquer. Although wooden handles are generally vulnerable to water, applying antibacterial lacquer makes them more resistant to deterioration and helps prevent discoloration caused by bacteria. It is a handle finished in lacquer for practical, well-founded reasons.
