A traditional Kamado with a twist, made in the mountains of Tamba. No heat adjustments or stove required! This is the second edition! A special small size pot is available, the konabe, which is perfect for fondues, or even just cooking smaller cuts of meat! In a rich natural setting surrounded by mountains in Tamba City, Hyogo Prefecture, a Kanshingama potter Yasunobu Osugi hand-forms each piece, then bakes, and glazes it, before firing it again. You can feel the natural beauty of the clay that remains as it is processed by hand.
