Tsubame-Sanjo x Kyoto
Sanjo Cutlery, like this knife, is the name of the items that have been produced in Tsubame-Sanjo for centuries by extremely skilled craftsmen using methods perfected since ancient times, and are known for being extremely durable, and resistant to abrasion. The Kyo Kumihimo used for the grip is made in Kyoto and the way the thread wraps around the blade allows you to hold the knife with confidence. The Kumihimo appeared during the Heian period and has a very long history, as it used to be addorning samurai's armours and swords!
