Superbly Thermally Conductive!

The pan uses aluminium, a higher thermally conductive metal, Aluminium is an amazing heat conductor, about 3 times more than normal iron, and 10 times more than stainless steel, and allows for the heat to quickly and uniformly reach the food. By using thick cast aluminium, which combines the easy maintenance of stainless steel with the high thermal conductivity and heat retention of iron, the pan heats uniformly without any uneven hot spots.

Lightweight

Paulownia wood is a porous wood, which makes it low density. Compared to other woods of the same size, it is extremely light and very soft. While it is not suitable for items prone to scratches, such as flooring, it has long been used for furniture, musical instruments, and other applications requiring delicate craftsmanship.
