Handmade Japanese daruma dolls crafted with traditional Kimekomi techniques and fabrics, each filled with meaning and good fortune. A traditional Japanese craft, Edo Kimekomi Dolls are special dolls that are made by carving grooves into a base that is made using paulownia powder that has been glued, and then attaching fabric into the grooves. Daruma are a traditional Japanese good luck charm, and are a symbol that is used to make wishes and to focus the mind
